Long term exposure to radon has been known to cause lung cancer, in fact the EPA ranks radon as the second leading cause of lung cancer. Our highly trained inspectors go through and search for likely areas of mold growth, and perform air quality testing to determine how many spores are in the air. Our state of the art testing looks for not only mold spores but many other allergens and fine particulates such as dirt, carbon, dander and more. We are able to do this because of our Mold laboratory using state of the art AI technology. They can examine 100% of our samples while their competitors only examine 20%-30%. A moisture meter is a device that is used to determine the percentage of water within an object. Our inspectors use moisture meters to determine if water marks are active or dry, if masonry block is above normal levels, and much more. This MC ( moisture content) can also help us determine if an object is moist enough to support microbial growth or wood destroying insects!
