Premium Home Inspection
Base Price
This is our basic price however this will change based on Square footage and the age of the property, please contact us for a free quote.
Limited Thermal Scans
Limited thermal scans are included with a general home inspection! They allow the inspector to find hidden issues within most homes!
Full Thermal Scans
Full thermal scan of a building, Includes a separate thermal report. This can not only show you hidden defects but loss of conditioned air!
Sewer Lateral Inspection (Sewer Scope)
HD camera inspection of your sewer line to find damages that can cost you thousands in repairs. These issues cannot be found in a regular inspection.

Radon Testing
We use state of the art continuous radon monitors to help protect your family . Radon is the 2nd leading cause of lung caner and cannot be found without testing. Radon can effect anyone. (Even a home without a basement)

We search for those pesky Wood Destroying Insects including Termites, Carpenter Bees, Carpenter Ants, and Powder-Post Beetles

Lead Clearance Testing
Lead Clearance testing involves taking Dust - Wipe samples of various locations in a home in order to Deem the property "Lead Safe". This is most commonly required by Cities including Cleveland that require Lead Clearance testing on all Rental Properties to help protect the public from Lead Poisoning. (*This does NOT test for the presence of lead simply the presents of a Lead Hazard)
Single Unit
May change based on the number of units present. Additional cleaning fee may apply.
Lead Risk Assessment
Lead Clearance testing involves taking Dust - Wipe samples of various locations in a home in order to determine the risk level of the property. This is most commonly required by Cities including Cleveland that require Lead Risk assessments on all Rental Properties to help protect the public from Lead Poisoning. Asbestos Testing
Testing of select building materials for the presents of Hazardous Asbestos fibers. This is typically required on commercial properties and in certain cases residential properties before remodeling is performed. This helps mitigate the risk of exposing workers, occupants, and surrounding communities from exposure to Asbestos.

Air Quality/Mold Testing
Air/Visual testing to see what's in the air you breath! Our state of the are testing can analyze 100% of the samples instead of the industry standard of 25%-30%
With an Inspection
This includes our state of the art Air-Sampling to determine what's in the air you breathe! 3 samples are included and can be a combination of Air/Surface
With an Inspection (Single)
This includes our state of the art Surface-Sampling to determine the presence of and the type of mold.
Full Testing
Multi-Area inspection of the structure to help determine the cause and hidden growth with our state of the art Air-Sampling
Price based on 3 air samples. Additional Air/Tape samples are $50 per unit. Samples are only good for approximately 800 sqft.
Build-Your-Own
Cut out the stuff you don't need in your inspection to save you time and money! (Not recommended for new home buyers)
